Services

Go to our services page and click on Print and Deliver. You will be redirected to the upload page where you can choose photos, adjust its size, and increase or decrease the quantity of photos to be printed. After choosing your photos, you may add these to your cart. Each order is placed in batches or in carts. On the next page, you will be able to select which carts to purchase and choose the payment options & delivery address. After confirming all the details, you may checkout and wait for us to deliver your photos!

My Account

On the login page, you may choose between manually signing up for an account or logging in with your facebook account. Once you click either of the two, you will be redirected to the sign-up page to fill up remaining information needed.

Account details may be edited through clicking the account details tab under the user menu.

Transaction history for purchases done online and at the kiosks are available under the user tab.

The order tracker may be accessible through clicking the User Menu > Order Tracker or you may be redirected to the order tracker once you click order notifications.

Email or mobile number verification is done right after signing up or upon log-in if the information has not been verified yet.

The option to change your password is available under Account Details which can be found under the User Menu.

Changing your profile picture can be done through the Account Details page.

Upon successful account registration, you’re given a unique referral code which you can share with friends or family. When they sign up and use this code, you both receive a free print!

Orders

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

The minimum amount to order through Print&Deliver is Php 200.

None. The more you print, the more perks you receive.

This rarely happens, but if does you can easily contact us through email info@kioskadventures.com or call us at 09278184540 and we’d be glad to deliver the correct package.

Payment

The methods of payment available for Print and Deliver are Cash-on-Delivery and Coins.PH.

• Enter the email or mobile number associated with your Coins.PH account
• Confirm your payment through Coins.PH
• Enter verification code sent by Coins.PH
• Click the Checkout button to proceed with order processing

In the payment methods section, choose the Cash-on-Delivery option then click the checkout button. You will then receive email containing your invoice and payment reminders.
Please remember to prepare the EXACT amount as our riders do not carry change with them.

As of the moment, orders can only be delivered within Metro Manila and Antipolo City only.

Yes. A fixed amount of Php 40.00 is charged for delivery.

• Orders placed before 5pm from Monday-Thursday are shipped the next day
• Orders placed after 5pm from Monday-Thursday are delivered 2 days after placing the order.
• Orders made on Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday and will be delivered the day after.
• Orders made on Holidays will be processed upon continuation of working day, and will be delivered after processing.

Yes. To do this, our riders must be informed of receiver’s full name and contact number in advance.

GENERAL

Signing up with KIOSKADVENTURES ("Service Provider") will give the Member access to the following privileges:

a) Print photos straight from smartphones, tablets, SD cards, and other digital recordable media.  
b) Receive various promotions from Service Provider, the details of which shall be displayed across all/select kiosks of Service Provider during promo duration.

UPLOADED CONTENT

In uploading any content, Member asserts that he/she is the copyright owner of the content or that the content is classified as royalty free. The Member shall hold Service Provider free from any liability in case of any violation of this provision.

The Member represents that he/she keeps a backup of all files stored in the digital media, such as SD cards or smartphones/tablets, before connecting them to this system. Service Provider shall not be responsible for damage or loss of data and damage to the digital recordable media while using this system.

Service Provider shall delete all photos entered into this system three (3) hours after uploading.

PERSONAL DATA

Service Provider is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. The personal data collected by Service Provider in this system is used exclusively in compliance with the data privacy laws of the Philippines.

Service Provider shall not use the personal data gathered pursuant to this agreement for any other purpose other than to provide the Service Provider services to active end users and to extend promotional offers to its members. Service Provider shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such personal data.

Member represents and warrants that it accepts the gathering of his/her private information consisting of, but not limited to, his/her full name, gender, mobile number, and email address, in order to provide access to Service Provider' features. Member shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of his/her data and of the means by which Member acquired his/her data.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the Member gives Service Provider permission to use his/her personal data for personalized offers. The Member also gives permission to communicate with him via all possible media, including email and text messages. The data is used by Service Provider and the companies affiliated with it for managing memberships, promotional purposes, sales and market analyses, and for any other legitimate purposes. The Member also understands that behavioral data may also be collected in the course of his/her use of services. Accordingly, Member's personal data may be disclosed to affiliate companies of Kioskadventures or third parties. After termination of membership, Member shall no longer receive promotional offers from Service Provider.

Service Provider shall store Member's personal data for the entire duration of the membership and for three (3) months after its termination. During such period, a personal information controller shall implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical and technical measures intended for the protection of personal information against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.

Member shall be responsible for guarding his/her account credentials to prevent unauthorized access or use of Service Provider' services and shall notify Service Provider of any such unauthorized access or use. Member shall use Service Provider's services only in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

If Member should have concerns as to the protection of his/her personal data, he/she may contact Service Provider' personal information controller by sending an email to dpo@kioskadventures.com.  Service Provider also recognize the right of the Member to file a complaint before the National Privacy Commission in case of breach of the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

PAYMENT

Service Provider's kiosks are capable of receiving payments for its services by cash and certain cashless media. All payments must be in Philippine Pesos and only in coins and notes issued and digital money regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

For cash payments, member may pay for photo prints by inserting their money directly to the machine. Coins in denominations of 1, 5, and 10 pesos, and bills in any denomination, are being accepted by the machine.

For cashless transactions, our kiosks accept payments via GCash, PayMaya, and Coins.ph.

All payments are due at the same time that the corresponding services are availed of. All charges payable by the Member for the services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges published from time to time. Service Provider reserves the right to charge pricing at any time without prior notice.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Service Provider shall use reasonable endeavors to make available to Members at all times the services, but it shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of services.

Service Provider shall have the right to suspend the services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is to last more than 7 days, Members will be notified of the reason.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership can be ended by the Member at any time, with or without justification, by sending a registered letter to the registered office of Service Provider, without right to refund all points that may have accrued to the account.

NOTICES

All notices relative to the membership shall be sent to the Member's email address provided during the registration process. The Member may extend his/her concerns to Service Provider by sending an email to phone2prints@kioskadventures.com.

APPLICABLE LAWS

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

AMENDMENTS

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by posting a revised version on kioskadventures.com. The revised version shall be effective at the time of posting. If any provision shall be changed which in a way reduces Member's rights or increases his/her responsibilities, a notice by email shall be sent to Member thirty (30) days prior to posting the updated policy on the website.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By clicking ”AGREE”, you hereby accept the aforementioned Terms and Conditions which constitute the sole record of the agreement between the Member and Service Provider in relation to the Member's use of this system. Neither the Member nor Service Provider shall be bound by any express or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated, these terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between the Member and Service Provider in respect of the use of this system. Service Provider as used in this Agreement includes Kioskadventures, Inc., a corporation doing business under the name and style of Service Provider, duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and all the affiliate companies of Kioskadventures, Inc.

In order to prevent unexpected incidents, always backup the data stored in digital recordable media, such as SD cards or smartphones/tablets, before connecting them to this system.

Please note that Phone2Prints and/or the corporation doing business under its name shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of data, or damage to the digital recordable media, such as SD cards or smartphones/tablets, while using this system.

The reproduction of any copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner is prohibited by law, with the exception of special cases. Use this system beyond the boundaries of law at your own risk.
